Full Job Description

Audi Beaverton & Porsche Beaverton are looking for an experienced Title Clerk to join it's aware winning team! This full time position is responsible for processing all Oregon and out of state DMV transactions. Additionally, they will process all lost title applications and maintain the DMV schedule. We are looking for someone with at least 1 year of DMV title work experience and CDK experience is preferred. This position is charged with upholding Audi Beaverton and Porsche Beaverton's high level of service and quality.

Essential Duties:

• Review and prepare information for Oregon DMV (license, registration, title, etc.) and send to proper location for processing


• Prepare titling and registration documents for out of state DMV transactions


• Process duplicate title applications and transitional ownership document along with sending delay letters as needed


• Maintain DMV temp and trip books as required by law


• Correct and return all DMV letters and notices as received


• Maintain all DMV records as required by state law


• Review DMV schedule to ensure compliance
