Job Description

Accounting & Reporting

  • Bank bookings, allocations, and reconciliations.
  • Booking logistics cost and processing payment.
  • Managerial financial reporting.
  • Monthly PNL closing reporting to FM.
  • Quarterly PNL closing and reporting to FM.
  • Annual PNL closing and reporting to FM.
  • Onestream Reporting for consolidation.
  • Review of daily invoiced PNL for consolidation.
  • Review of daily open contract for consolidation.
  • Managing annual auditing tasks.

 

Treasury Management

Back up of accountant for:

  • Receivables position and management.
  • Payables position and management.
  • Inventory position and valuation for BB.
  • Cash position and daily optimization.
  • Weekly syndicated BB reporting.

 

    Qualifications

    • At least 3 years of related experience
    • Fluent English
    • Experience in a public accounting and a commodity trading company is preferable but not required
    • Strong accounting knowledge
    • Proficient in Excel, Outlook, Accounting software.
    • Understanding and practice of US GAAP and IFRS
