This is a remote role for an Executive and Personal Assistant, designed to support an entrepreneur with a flexible part-time or full-time arrangement, requiring daily availability. The role involves a broad range of tasks including research, analysis, benchmarking, scheduling appointments, preparing invoices, drafting contracts, and other administrative functions.

- Organizational Skills: Excellent time management and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Communication Abilities: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in Arabic as a must.
- Business Acumen: Understanding of business operations, with the ability to assist in research and analysis tasks.
- Confidentiality: High discretion in handling sensitive information.
- Attention to Detail: Keen eye for detail and strong problem-solving skills.
- Previous Experience: Experience as an executive or personal assistant, particularly in supporting entrepreneurs, is highly desirable.
- Design Skills: Knowledge of design tools and software is a plus.
