Tech Europe formed a few years ago by pulling together our local markets into one Tech EU Team, from a people perspective this came with tons of challenges and even more opportunities. As a team, we’re headquartered in Soho London, where you’ll find the People Director and most of the Tech Team, the rest of us sit within Europe.

This role is all about proactive talent development, you’ll spend most of your time partnering with your managers likely 50/50 generalist HR and L&D focus. You’ll be coaching managers doing some project work and being a fairness advocate in all that you do.

In your first 12 months you’ll have;

• Established solid relationships resulting in great career conversations taking place, that have not just been 'a nice chat'- but have added real value to the individual and team.
• Provide coaching to our people managers and support their ongoing learning and development and that of their teams
• Supported our People & Culture Director with embedding our career playbook (a competency framework we launched last year).
• Built a knowledge on “Learning/Growth mindset” for our Tech Europe people that has enabled them to take personal responsibility for their own learning and development growth.
• Support to build out our DEI strategy and deliver against that plan

This role would suit someone who’s been working with a tech team already or has an interest/desire to. You’ll have delivered some learning and development initiatives as well and you’ll understand how to build strong relationships with your managers very quickly, and ideally, but not essential, you’ll have some experience working with people in different locations/countries.
