About the role

As a Quality Assurance Manager, you’ll play a key role in the development of fintech products that are changing the way the world pays, banks and invests. This will involve consulting on software development or operations processes, quality practices, quality audits and software measurements.

What you will be doing:

Select, develop and evaluate personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function,

Manage overall test process,

Monitor applicable business unit work to ensure consistency and compliance with standard   processes,

Contribute to the tactical and strategic planning for future quality programs,

Stay current with process-related industry standards,

Communicate quality information throughout the organization,

Support development and delivery of training in quality matters,

Lead and mentor quality assurance team members.

What you bring:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field or the equivalent com bination of education, training, or work experience,

Fluency in English (written and spoken)

Ability to converse in German with colleagues and Clients

Good knowledge/Experience of working in the Financial Services Industry,

Proficient in Test documentation like Test Strategy, Test Plan,

Proficient in Test activities like Defect Analysis, Reporting, Root Cause Analysis,

Proficient in highlighting Risks and Issues,

Experience in Resource forecasting, Client focus,

Ability to closely work with project team and the Client,

Ability to deliver results under pressure,

Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing,
