Job Description

The role:

Sales back-office Executive / Sales Assistant

Summary of the role:

  • assist the KAM (Key account manager) team in the day-to-day management of customer accounts
  • Help analyze customer needs and propose appropriate solutions.
  • Ensure regular monitoring of customer files
  • Work with the company's various departments to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide customized sales reports and analysis (contract& margins tracking, weekly and monthly sales reports, customer complaint reports, etc.)
  • Support the KAM during the tender process
  • Support the sales team in the preparation of meetings (online surveys, agendas, minutes, presentations, etc )
  • Prepare and send monthly sales reports to customers
  • Manage the price changes in SAP and communicate with the internal parties about the changes (Finance, CS.....etc)
  • Create and manage the follow-up of the promotions and ensure that the packaging materials are ordered by the purchasing department.
  • Responsible for the process of creating new items on the sales perimeter, both internally (master data, packaging, quality, GCDepartment, etc.) and in relation with customers.
  • Coordinate product specifications for the current range and the launch of new products.
  • Support the KAM in the management of the end-of-life cycle of the articles concerned.
  • Calculate, report and keep records of the eco-emballage and any other local taxes paid by the company on an annual basis.
  • Organize, together with the Marketing Department, the company's participation in fair trade events, monitoring expenditure and compliance with the budget.
  • Organize the submission of samples to customers
  • Insure back up for the packaging responsible during holidays or high demand periods on the packaging development.

 

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • University degree, ideally on economics
  • min 2 years’ experience in a similar position, ideally in the food industry/ FMCG
  • outstanding in excel and well organized,
  • experience in SAP is a plus
  • excellent analytical skills
  • collaborative team player

Languages:

  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • high command of English and French
