About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Technical Analyst to lead Digital’s workforce management efforts as part of our Engineering Strategy team. This role is essential for managing a 1000+ employee organization, ensuring that all staffing and roster processes align with our financial forecasts and organizational goals. This role will also be responsible for the onboarding experience for all Digital Technology employees. The ideal candidate will have strong management skills, experience in process creation, and a proven track record in training and onboarding.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Manage rosters and maintain accurate employee records for a 1000+ employee organization.

  • Ensure capacity needs are met for all Digital Technology teams supporting internal and client engagements

  • Develop and manage a comprehensive process for hiring requests that align with our financial plans and forecasts.

  • Oversee training efforts across the organization, ensuring all employees receive necessary and effective training.

  • Manage and track organizational goals, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.

  • Fully own the onboarding experience for all new employees joining the Digital Technology team, ensuring a smooth and effective integration.

  • Lead and manage a weekly staffing and hiring review with senior leaders, providing insights and updates on staffing needs and progress.

  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure staffing processes are efficient and meet organizational needs.

What you’ll need:

  • Bachelor’s degree or related experience in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.

  • Proven experience in workforce management, preferably within a large organization.

  • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with senior leaders and cross-functional teams.

  • Experience in developing and managing hiring processes and aligning them with financial forecasts.

  • Proven track record in training program development and implementation.

  • Experience in managing onboarding processes for new employees.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to provide insights and recommendations based on data.

  • Preferred Experience:

    • Experience in workforce management within a technical or engineering team.

    • Knowledge of best practices in hiring, training, and onboarding.

    • Familiarity with HR tools (WorkDay) and platforms.

FIS is committed to providing its employees with an exciting career opportunity and competitive compensation. The pay range for this full-time position is $89,180.00 - $149,820.00 and reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this position based on the posted role, level, and location. Within the range, actual individual starting pay is determined additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Any changes in work location will also impact actual individual starting pay. Please consult with your recruiter about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.
