Job Description
- Work following project/campaign plan and monitor milestones to meet deliverables deadlines.
- Participate when needed in client’s meetings to understand project requirements.
- Assist in focus group and brainstorming sessions for brief communication.
- Assigned to handle one to two different clients at one time.
- Familiarize with a specific brand account and dedicate time and effort for an efficient client communication.
- Present creative work to clients for approval.
- Facilitate the exchange of information between the agency and the client from the time a client first initiates a request until that campaign is live, and the results are collated.
- Ensure an ongoing quality control of all work that is submitted to clients under senior supervision.
- Ensure that the project stays within the allocated budget.
- Monitor all stages of campaigns to guarantee that they run smoothly.
- Day-to-day administration duties that will help to keep campaigns well-managed and organized.
- Write status reports throughout the duration of the project to keep clients and peers updated.
- Coordinate between client and internal units for one project requirements.
- Refer to Senior Account Executive for support in complex situations.
- Conduct research to better understand customers’ needs and behaviors and help fulfill client expectations.
- Stay aware of the latest trends and innovations in the field.
- Keep oneself stimulated to achieve maximum productivity.
- Adhere to all intouch policies, procedures, and business ethics codes.
- Promote and maintain commitment to intouch’s culture and spirit.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Digital Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration or any relevant field
- 0 to 3 years of relevant experience (digital marketer, account executive)
- Experience in a creative agency or company’s sales and marketing department
