The impact you’ll have:

The Operational Finance Analyst will report to the Senior Financial Analyst and take charge of conducting data analysis to identify operational inefficiencies and enhance workflow processes.

The candidate will have an understanding of how data contributes to operational efficiency, specifically in terms of integrating data with day-to-day operations.

Your day-to-day: 

  • Utilise data analytics (including Booking system) to identify trends, measure
    performance, and track the success of transformation initiatives
  • Work with the wider FinOps team to assess areas for improvement in their day-to-day processes
  • Identify process gaps, redundancies, and areas for improvement to streamline operations, enhance productivity, and reduce costs
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement process improvement initiatives based on identified opportunities
  • Leverage stakeholder groups to escalate and manage any risks and issues to the project delivery
  • Work collaboratively towards delivery dates and build confidence and trust with clear professional communications
  • Make informed recommendations based on data insights
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of process improvement initiatives,
    making necessary adjustments to ensure desired outcomes are achieved


Your skillset:

  • Knowledge of MS Excel
  • Attention to detail
  • Exposure to Operational Efficiency and Automation
  • Understanding of internal controls environment
  • Self starter, proactive and confident expressing opinions
  • Great at building cross departmental relationships
  • Ability to challenge the status quo and be resilient when pushed back
  • Commercially astute

Not necessary but would be desirable to have:

  • G Suite experience
  • Basic SQL
  • End to end implementation of Automatio
  • Travel Industry experience
