About the team

As a Sales Executive, you will be a part of a collaborative, energetic, motivated, and dedicated Sales team focused exclusively on the ERISA Retirement market. You will be a part of the Reliance Trust Collective Investment Trust (CIT) Sales and Distribution team where we are focused on increasing our visibility in the marketplace and growing assets under management.  Our team is part of the FIS Capital Markets division, specifically the Wealth & Retirement group.

What you will be doing:

  • Develop and grow the Reliance Trust CIT business/brand on the US West Coast with the goal of deepening market penetration and increasing Reliance Trust new sales revenue
  • Coordinate with the broader CIT distribution team to maximize market penetration to exceed annual sales goals.
  • Establish an extensive network of Financial Advisors, consultants, and other intermediaries to promote Reliance Trust CIT products.
  • Develop and implement client specific as well as territory level go to market strategies
    • Expand market penetration by introducing new Financial Advisors and Consultants to Reliance Trust CIT products.
    • Proactively engage with existing Reliance Trust CIT clients for cross selling opportunities across all asset classes
    • Maintain consistent messaging to active Financial Advisors and seek new account opportunities.
  • Travel as necessary to conduct regional field meetings and attend conferences

What you bring:

  • A true passion for, and knowledge of, the Collective Investment Trust space
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience working as an External West Coast Wholesaler
  • Proven track record of market penetration and AUM growth
  • Aggressive “hunter” of new business opportunities
  • Confident, independent, proven self-starter and contributor
  • Highly effective Sales skills; strong client presentation skills
  • Flourishes under pressure with efficient time management skills
  • Proficiency in industry data applications and Sales tools
  • Ability to analyze problems and produce a range of options, culminating in a preferred solution

FIS is committed to providing its employees with an exciting career opportunity and competitive compensation. The pay range for this full-time position is $120,770.00 - $199,270.00 and reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this position based on the posted role, level, and location. Within the range, actual individual starting pay is determined additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Any changes in work location will also impact actual individual starting pay. Please consult with your recruiter about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.
