TA Policy and Procedures

  • Facilitate the update and implementation of TA Policies and Procedures
  • Create comprehensive standardized procedures to meet business needs as per agreed methodology
  • Responsibility for ongoing review and maintenance of allocated procedures
  • Work with Management Team to ensure business needs are being met

TA Communications

  • Production of effective communications to support the TA business needs
  • Responsible for maintenance and development of communication vehicles i.e. SharePoint
  • Participation in and facilitation of communication forums
  • Effective communication of new or updated Policies and Procedures to impacted business units

Client Facing Documentation

  • Participation in document content initiatives and delivery process management of post-sale Client facing materials inclusive, but not limited to:
    • content, look & feel,  version control, appropriate sign offs, production and method of delivery to Clients
    • Participation and/ or lead review of materials to meet business demands

Project Support

  • Participate in regulatory, strategic and tactical projects as required to support team`s deliverables

Ongoing related responsibilities:

  • Manage Email/Voicemail
  • Participate in team/division meetings
  • Facilitate team meetings
  • Plan, schedules and arrange own activities in accomplishing objectives
  • Ability to exercise independent judgment consistent with department and corporate guidelines

REQUIRED EDUCATION & TRAINING:

Degree or equivalent, highly proficient in written and spoken English

EXPERIENCE:

Required:

  • Minimum three years business experience
  • Minimum two years participating in or managing small – medium initiatives
  • Proven experience of business documentation creation
  • Strong PC knowledge including use of Microsoft Office products
  • Ability to interact with and lead teams in a multi-site and cross-functional environment
  • Strong time management skills and ability to handle multiple tasks
  • Analytical, organizational, and administrative skills
  • Strong decision making and customer service focus
  • Strong attention to details and quality
  • Ability to take initiative and work under pressure in a changing/growing environment
  • Strong communication skills both verbal and written
  • Fluent in written & spoken English
