About The Team 

The Junior Project Analyst will join the Global Supply Chain Management team at FIS. Our team is responsible for overseeing and optimizing operational efficiencies of supply chain business processes to enable control, insight, and rapid decision making. We value collaboration and teamwork, and our team members work closely together to develop and implement strategies for modernizing the Supply Chain organization of the future..

About the Role

We are looking for a Junior Project Manager Co-op to join our Global Supply Chain Management team. As a Junior Project Manager, you will work alongside experienced project managers to plan, execute, and close projects. You will be responsible for creating project plans, tracking progress, and ensuring timely delivery of projects.

The position will be fully remote, with occasional travel to the office as needed. In-person outtings will be organized for the co-op students during the term and attendance is encouraged.

What You Will Be Doing  

We are looking for a Junior Project Manager Co-op who will support the Global Supply Chain Management team. As a co-op, you will work areas will include:

• Develop and manage project plans, and timelines

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and document project requirements

• Monitor and track project progress against established plans and budgets

• Communicate project status updates to stakeholders and escalate issues as necessary

• Support project managers in all phases of the project lifecycle, including planning, execution, and closure

• Participate in project status meetings and provide input to improve project processes

What You Bring

• Currently enrolled in a Business, Project Management, or related program

• Must be enrolled in an accredited co-operative education program at an Ontario university or college.

• Excellent organizational and time-management skills

• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

• Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools is an asset
