The impact you’ll have:

The CRM team at loveholidays is responsible for driving long-term customer loyalty and retention by cultivating and maintaining positive relationships with our customers. We do this by leveraging data-driven strategies and technologies to enhance the customer experience. 

Your day-to-day: 

Reporting to the CRM Manager, the CRM Executive will help devise and deliver the customer lifecycle strategy. This role will focus on our lifecycle and automated journeys, enhancing our tech capabilities, and implementing innovative personalisation and segmentation strategies. The CRM executive will be heavily involved in the planning, implementation and reporting of new use cases and the optimisation of existing journeys across multiple markets and channels.

      • Responsible for the day to day process of optimising/updating/creating campaigns across email, push notifications, and in-app messaging using Braze

      • Safeguard the accuracy of journeys and communications, troubleshoot issues, suggest improvements, and QA

      • Collaborate with design and content teams to develop best in class creative

      • Work closely with engineering and product teams on implementing new touch points

      • Contribute to the development and implementation of the CRM strategy by working closely with the CRM manager on conceptualising, scoping and prioritising new use cases

      • Report on and analyse performance of campaigns, A/B tests and uplift tests in line with KPIs

    Your skillset:

      • 1-2 years experience within a CRM role

      • Experience using CRM platforms (we use Braze)

      • Experience using analytics tools (we use Looker) 

      • Collaborative nature and ability to build strong cross-functional relationships

      • Ability to think on your feet, entrepreneurial spirit and adaptability to change

      • Excellent planning and organisational skills
