About the role

As a Salesforce CPQ Specialist, you will be acting as a trusted team member to your technical peers. You are expected to have a deep understanding of the Salesforce CPQ platform and will have excellent skills in developing and configuring CPQ functionality, as designed by the CPQ Solution Architect, helping deliver business solutions.

You will work with technical and cross-functional teams in the context of project implementation, as well as in the context of business as usual – helping to resolve incidents, which require a combination of analytical, technical, business insight and communication skills.

Being an international company, your role will contain some travelling, and facilitating collaboration cross countries.

6-12 Month Key Objectives

  • Become knowledgeable with the features and functionality built in Clear Channel’s instance of Salesforce.
  • Undertaking assignment of user stories and complete their development with the guidance from the Salesforce Architect.
  • Help understand business requirements and help ensure these are met with the features and functionality built;

What we’re looking for

  • Proven experience in Salesforce implementations, particularly in fast-moving consumer goods industry or similar
  • Experience in all aspects of developing and implementing CPQ applications, with a focus on multiple Quotes, downstream interaction with applications such as ERP / billing / invoicing systems, with a strong knowledge of product lifecycle management.
  • Strong knowledge of CPQ software quality assurance best practices and methodologies
  • Strong core Sales and Product Management understanding
  • Full life-cycle development in a pan-European enterprise development environment
  • Experience working in an agile environment and implementing processes for agile development and service delivery such as ITIL, Lean and similar frameworks.
  • Experience setting-up and running project management tools such as Jira.
