  About the role:

  Plan tests, produce test scripts core versions of software applications for sale to external clients. Identify client purchasing requirements and technical specifications through Product Management and/or client representatives. Interact with engineering groups to assist in design changes to equipment and/or software. Train and communicate with clients on systems application.

  What you will be doing

  • Analyze user requirements, plan tests, produce test scripts
  • Maintain highest quality standards of sprints/releases
  • Create & document innovative, scalable, fault-tolerant software solutions for our product
  • Coordinate with all stakeholders and work collaboratively with developers and other testers
  • Debug, refine and rewrite automated tests, improvise
  • Continuously enhance product knowledge
  • Should be able to work independently
  • Pays attention to detail and all tasks should be done with highest quality standard

  What you will need

  • 3 to 5 year experience in Automation testing with Selenium (Java), Good SQL skills 
  • Hands on experience using software test automation framework to build automated tests, including the keyword test automation framework
  • In-depth knowledge of financial services industry practices, regulations and processes
  • In-depth knowledge of one or more end-to-end systems lifecycle development methodologies
  • Proficiency in quality management methods, tools and technologies
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to technical and non-technical audiences of various levels in the organization, e.g., executive, management, individual contributors
  • Excellent training/presentation skills to educate the organization on new or updated processes
  • Willingness to shares relevant technical, process and/or industry knowledge and expertise
  • Excellent analytical, decision-making, problem-solving, interpersonal, team-building, negotiation, conflict management and time management skills
  • Ability to persuade and influence others on the best approach to take
  • Is resourceful and proactive in gathering information and sharing ideas
