About the team

Our industry-leading offering includes an extensive selection of technology and services.  From record keeping technology and plan administration and compliance solutions, to financial wellness that supports all aspects of retirement services business and positions our clients for future growth.  We are looking for a talented resource, who is comfortable working multiple appropriately prioritized issues and/or projects at a time.  One who desires to be a part of this global dynamic retirement technology team where they will grow personally, technically and professionally.

What you will be doing:

  • Nurtures relationships, defines consulting engagements to support relationship needs and sells the initiative.
  • Maintains quality client relationships with both internal and external clients to gain referrals for new clients and achieve excellent client satisfaction and client loyalty.
  • Identifies business process improvements for increased efficiency and enhanced client experience.
  • Ensures practice provides industry thought leadership.

What you bring:

  • Solid understanding of the Omni system and transactions associated with adjustments.
  • 12 months of prior RPS Operations adjustment or Omni transaction processing experience and/or knowledge
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team environment.
  • Solid interpersonal skills and ability to effectively collaborate to solve business challenges.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize accordingly.
  • Advanced knowledge of Word & Excel PC application software
  • Demonstrated ability to apply strong analytical skills to effectively problem
