The People Coordinator plays a vital role in our team, ensuring a positive experience for our employees. You will be the first point of contact for our diverse team members and help create smooth processes from their first day to their departure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Providing friendly and timely assistance to our team members.
• Managing processes from onboarding to offboarding.
• Coordinating onboarding of contractors and consultants.
• Ensuring compliance and accurate reporting.
• Creating engaging content for our team platform.
• Improving processes for efficiency and user-friendliness.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in administrative roles, ideally in HR or recruitment.
• Demonstrating Virgin's core values: Be Visionary, Be Human, Be Brave.
• Ability to communicate complex matters effectively.
• Flexibility and problem-solving skills.
• Strong organizational and digital skills.

Location: London office and flexibility to work from home
