Role Overview: Programme Design & Implementation:

• Develop strategic initiatives to solve social and environmental problems
• Create partnerships and manage programs
• Guide cross-functional teams in program delivery

Innovation Leadership:

• Promote creativity and collaboration to address societal challenges
• Drive innovation initiatives and workshops

Strategy & Impact:

• Contribute to Virgin Unite's strategic development
• Evaluate and report on program impact

Fundraising:

• Create income generation strategies
• Secure partners for initiatives

Trend Analysis & Insights:

• Stay informed about relevant trends and innovations
• Research new projects and initiatives

Leadership:

• Engage and motivate the team
• Prioritize workload and team development

Requirements:

• Experience in designing successful programs
• Strategic thinking and innovation skills
• Entrepreneurial experience, especially in social ventures
