Job Opening: Senior Recruitment Advisor in Cairo, Egypt Responsibilities
  • Manage the recruitment process while ensuring compliance
  • Understand business needs to support hiring
  • Develop relationships with managers to assess recruitment needs
  • Educate hiring teams on recruitment processes
  • Provide innovative solutions to meet client needs
  • Utilize various methods to identify and attract talent
  • Attend industry events to network and stay updated

Requirements
  • Minimum 4 years experience in recruitment, preferably in engineering
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
  • Experience in Engineering & Construction environment desirable
  • Strong relationship management and influencing skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • Experience with recruitment tools and systems
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English
