Administrative Assistant

About this position:

We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to provide support to our Global Talent Management team. This role involves assisting senior executives, maintaining office systems, and handling confidential information with professionalism.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Schedule appointments and meetings for executives.
  • Support HR and talent programs administration.
  • Coordinate travel and manage expenses.
  • Respond to inquiries and maintain confidentiality.
  • Collaborate with teams to resolve issues.
  • Organize files and oversee projects.
  • Assist with payroll and timekeeping.
  • Support meetings and training sessions.
  • Communicate important information across departments.

Skills/Requirements:

  • Administrative experience in a corporate setting.
  • Organizational skills and ability to multitask.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellent communication skills and customer service-oriented approach.
  • Ability to handle confidential information.
  • Strong relationship-building skills and teamwork abilities.
  • Resourcefulness and problem-solving skills.
  • Interest in Human Resources is a plus.

Additional Information:

  • Part of the Global Talent Management Team.
  • Hybrid schedule with office days as needed.
  • 8-month contract position.

Pay/Salary Range:

  • Pay Range: $30-$37 per hour.
