Contract Opportunity | In-Office Role

About this Position:

The HR Coordinator provides important support to HR Shared Services. Responsibilities include sorting mail, managing personnel files, and assisting with HR case management.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle printing, sorting, faxing, and mailing
  • Manage incoming mail and faxes
  • Update HR cases and documentation
  • Organize and maintain personnel files
  • Ensure proper file authorization
  • Coordinate with vendors for scanning
  • Assist with employment verifications
  • Distribute HR materials
  • Complete special projects as needed

Skills/Requirements:

  • HR system familiarity preferred
  • 1 year related administrative experience preferred

Additional Information:

  • Initial onsite work, then hybrid office/remote
  • 25 hours per week
  • 5-month contract

Pay Range: $19/hour
