 Senior Program Manager

About this position

The Senior Program Manager, will bring engineering, business objectives, and best-of-breed technologies together and play a critical role in leading initiatives through needs analysis, iterative implementation of solutions, and measuring the impact of those solutions as we deliver on the ambitious vision. This role is highly cross-functional and will require a strategic thinker comfortable with ensuring cross-departmental alignment; and building tools, processes, and capacity to achieve the organization’s goals.

 

Job Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business and technology partners to deliver comprehensive roadmaps for Parametric’s strategic initiatives.
  • Partner with workstream leads, Product Management, and PPA leadership teams to create and refine program, roadmap, implementation plans, and tracking
  • Integrate with disparate technology teams to design, implement, and deliver a portfolio of applications and services to enhance the Client Experience
  • Manage implementation activities for concurrent work-streams
  • Translate business use cases into functional specifications and work with team leads on work breakdown
  • Develop and track KPIs and project success metrics
  • Ensure consistency with and application of PMO standards, processes, and controls throughout and across programs

 

Skills/Requirements

• 7+ years of Business Analysis, Project/Program Management experience required, with proven ability to independently manage multiple related and concurrent workstreams.
• PMP, PgMP, PMI-ACP, and/or CSM certification is strongly preferred.
• Asset Management domain expertise with experience managing software delivery is highly preferred.
• Proven ability as the liaison between technical teams and business visionaries – not a “go-between” but rather a facilitator and someone who can capture the vision from both points of view into a cohesive roadmap and implementation plan.
• Proven ability to write well-formed, clear documentation.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with particular emphasis on leadership and executive stakeholders
• Significant experience and a demonstrated track record in successful and on-time delivery of large, high-profile Projects/Programs with non-negotiable deadlines.
• Expert organizational skills and proven ability to structure complex initiatives.
• Absolute passion for enhancing client and user experience through technology.
• Experience with Agile/Kanban/Waterfall Software Development

Pay/Salary Range:

 

• Pay Range: $70-$83/hour.
