We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
Responsibilities:
Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction
Continuously improve knowledge of products and services to better serve customers
Meet and exceed individual and team performance goals
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
1+ years of experience in customer service
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with CRM software
Reliable internet connection and a quiet work environment
