- Conduct interviews in panelist's homes.
- Navigate various types of buildings and entrances to reach participants.
- Travel to selected homes within a territory using a company-provided vehicle.
- Approach homes (with or without appointments) to persuade households to participate in Nielsen research.
- Enjoy meeting and interacting with all types of people.
- Military experience is welcomed.
- Bilingual English/Spanish skills are helpful but not required.
- Demonstrate the ability to "sell" participants on the importance of participating in Nielsen Ratings.
- Bring relevant work or volunteer experience in customer service, market research, education, census bureau research, hospitality, social service, door-to-door sales, campaign canvassing, etc.
- Be available to work non-traditional hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Meet education requirements: High School Diploma or GED OR 2+ years equivalent work experience.
- Proficiency using a tablet and smartphone, including basic computer applications.
- Have a valid driver's license and a satisfactory driving record.
- Consistently meet performance metrics.
- Be willing and able (with or without reasonable accommodation) to work outside in all weather conditions, going door-to-door into people's homes.
- Navigate stairs, elevators, walkways, and driveways to reach people's homes.
- Be willing and able to interact with people in their homes for several hours, regardless of the condition or location of the home.
- Travel locally up to 50% of the time.
- Drive for up to 8 hours per day.
- Stand for up to 6 hours per day.
- Kneel for up to 2 hours per day.
- Ability to climb stairs.
- Ability to walk half a mile.
- Ability to work in all seasons and inclement weather.

A reasonable estimate for the salary range of a new employee in this role would be $40,000.00, which may vary based on geographic location. Actual salary placement is determined by factors such as experience, training, certifications, and business requirements.
