We are looking for a Store Manager to lead our retail store operations. Your focus will be on providing quality and service to ensure our customers have an exceptional experience. In this role, you will be responsible for people leadership, coaching, expense management, inventory control, loss prevention, safety, and store appearance.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead the daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, work order management, providing exceptional customer service, staffing and scheduling, inventory management, and cash handling
  • Drive team performance, meeting or exceeding key performance indicators (KPIs) and company goals, as well as ensuring compliance with regulations
  • Ensure all technicians are SafeTech™ certified and performing quality installs or repairs through training, re-training, and coaching
  • Promote proper vehicle and equipment maintenance, collaborate with marketing associates on displaying materials
  • Respond promptly to client complaints and warranty issues, delivering world-class customer service
  • Perform other assigned duties

What You'll Need:

  • High School Diploma/GED/Equivalent OR 5-7 years of leadership/supervisory experience (preferred)
  • Valid state-issued driver's license
  • 3+ years of leadership experience with an innovative performance-driven approach
  • 3-5 years of experience in retail or service center environments, automotive experience preferred
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, web applications, and general office equipment
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence, persuade, and engage a mobile workforce
  • Comfort working outside in various weather conditions
  • Professional appearance and adherence to personal protective equipment requirements
  • Physical requirements include lifting and carrying up to 35 lbs., working at elevated heights, and remaining on your feet for extended periods
