About the Role: As a pivotal leader in shaping regional fulfillment operations, you'll play a key role in fostering collaboration with store partners and ensuring alignment with Safelite's strategic goals. Leading large teams, you'll cultivate a culture of high performance, developing future Safelite leaders.
What You Will Do:
- Lead the talent cycle, fostering a positive culture and engagement within the team.
- Translate and convey Safelite's strategy, inspiring a diverse workforce to achieve business goals.
- Diagnose and address factors causing underperformance, implementing mitigation plans.
- Cultivate engagement and motivation, particularly for a mobile workforce.
- Identify and develop capabilities to meet business needs, including succession planning.
- Quantify business outcomes and collaborate with Field leadership to shape budgets and strategy.
- Oversee the strategic direction of a large business region, developing annual and longer-term plans.
- Stay updated on regional competition, trends, and market dynamics.

Experience and Qualifications:
- 10+ years Leadership experience in a transformation-rich environment.
- Familiarity with replenishment models focused on meeting evolving customer needs.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or Supply Chain Management.
- Ability to travel up to 50% within the region.
- Ability to work at a physical location within the region as needed.
