At Cedars-Sinai Hospital we do not treat all cancers the same. There are more than 20 cancer centers, programs or specialized services that specialize in treatment and groundbreaking research into specific forms of cancer. These centers and programs provide patient centered care and brand new diagnostic, therapeutic and surgical procedures. At the Department of Radiation Oncology, our oncologists, therapists and staff work together to design custom treatment plans for specific cancer diagnoses. This ensures the patient will more quickly feel normal, with minimal impact on healthy tissues from the effects of radiation.

As our next Clinical Nurse IV, you will use your strong clinical knowledge to deliver direct care to assigned pediatric, adult and or geriatric patients participating in radiation therapy treatments in an ambulatory setting. Your role will entail a strong emphasis on managing side effects, whether the patient is new, on-treatment or coming in for follow-up visits.

Educational Requirements:

BSN required.

Licenses:

California Sate RN license
ACLS/BLS
 Specialty Certification

Experience:

Minimum 3 years of Acute Care NUrsing experience. At least 5 years experience within the specialty area.
Must be a Clinical Nurse III at CSMC for at least one (1) year, to be promoted within the clinical ladder- for internal hire
