About the team 
As a Business Systems Analyst, you will join a talented and experienced delivery team, focused on implementing payment systems to 
one or more of our Clients. Cooperating with our Clients, you will participate in the requirements specification and configuration, supporting 
the project team, driving successful deliveries of the FIS payment processing projects.

What you will be doing:
• Elicit and translate the Client/product requirements into functional and non-functional specifications
• Guide and support Clients and project teams in the implementation of the product standards
• Prepare and lead workshops with the Clients
• Observe and conduct requirements’ life cycle management
• Participate in user interface design, configuration, and review
• Ensure high quality of the solution by defining smart acceptance criteria and verifying their implementation
• Create and maintain clear and unambiguous documentation in a form of specifications, models, diagrams according to the project 
needs
• Ensure proper review, validation, and communication of the specifications to the project team and product organization
• Prepare and conduct functional presentations, demos and trainings to the Clients and internal team
• Initiate and support the system configuration in the product configuration tool
• Maintain a good Client relation by supporting, answering questions, and providing the necessary information
• Support the project team in daily functioning by providing input, clarifications and participating in meetings

What you bring:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Economics, Banking or the equivalent combination 
of education, training, or work experience
• Proven experience in functional/business analysis and/or solution design
• Affinity with business analysis standards 
• Basic SQL knowledge
• High analytical skills with an eye to detail
• Strong self-organization and self-discipline
• High business ethics 
• Ability to perform well on your own and as a part of a bigger team
• Very good written and spoken English (B2/C1)
• Affinity with Agile methodologies (SCRUM, LeSS, Safe, Kanban) is a plus
• Proven experience in payments is a plus, preferably between 3-5 years in particular in SWIFT, SEPA, Faster Payments
• Basic knowledge of UML and working knowledge of business process modeling (BPMN compliant) is a plus
