Job Opportunity: Welder at American Augers

Pay: $18+/hr based on experience

$2,500 SIGN-ON BONUS!

Schedule: Monday - Thursday, 5am-3:30pm

Responsibilities of an American Augers Welder:

  • Read blueprints, technical manuals, and other documents for information.
  • Set up fixtures and perform mechanical assembly.
  • Use hoists to handle heavy components and completed weldments.
  • Operate MIG welding equipment to weld machine components.
  • Inspect and correct errors or deficiencies in weldments.
  • Utilize a computer for inventory management and record keeping.

Requirements:

  • Prior MIG welding experience or completion of a formal welding training program.
  • Pass the required entry-level plate test for production welding.
  • Mechanical skills, including the use of hand and air-powered tools.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
