Position Type: Full-Time

Average Hours: 30-35 hours per week

Starting Wage: Up to $24.50 per hour (based on shift and schedule differential pay)

Shift: 1st Shift - 7:15 AM start time

Schedules:

• Schedule A1: Wednesday to Sunday, with Monday and Tuesday off each week
• Schedule A2: Friday to Tuesday, with Wednesday and Thursday off each week
• Schedule B: Saturday and Sunday, 2 out of every 3 weeks, with 2 consecutive weekdays off
• Schedule C: Saturday and Sunday every other weekend, with 2 weekdays off
• Schedule D: Monday to Friday, with Saturday and Sunday off each week

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Select and receive incoming stock
• Relocate merchandise within the warehouse
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment
• Clean the warehouse and maintain safety standards
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts
• Cooperate with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes
• Inspect products and report any quality or safety issues
• Perform assigned tasks accurately and efficiently
• Follow ergonomic and safety guidelines
• Operate equipment according to safety guidelines
• Other duties as assigned

Job Qualifications:

• 18 years of age or older
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, resilience, and efficiency
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies and procedures
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Basic arithmetic skills
• Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Ability to work independently and within a team

Physical Requirements:

• Lift and place products weighing up to 45 pounds
• Move merchandise and prepare it for store deliveries
• Sit, stand, bend, reach, grip, push, pull, lift, carry, and walk throughout the warehouse
• Work in varying temperatures, hot and cold
• Operate powered industrial equipment
