The Corporate Controller Organization is responsible for managing the core financial information used by Finance to communicate with leadership, business partners, and regulators. As a Director in the Controllers Organization of Corporate Finance, you will be part of a forward-thinking team working towards becoming best in class financial stewards. This role is a key leadership position within the Insurance Accounting Operations and Controllership team. The Impact:

As a Director, you will be responsible for engaging with a team that manages insurance accounting and analysis. Your role will involve identifying financial reporting risks and opportunities and making improvement recommendations. You will also provide sound financial advice, build key relationships, and ensure compliance with accounting regulations.

The Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in public accounting or a large corporate environment
• In-depth knowledge of US GAAP and statutory accounting

The Ideal Qualifications:

• CPA, Master's degree, or MBA
• Experience with NAIC statutory accounting and Finance transformational settings
• Strong multitasking skills and ability to adapt to change
