Performance-based promotions include automatic pay increases of 5% at level 2 and 10% at levels 3 and 4. What will you be doing? As a Field Technician, you will represent DISH in customers' homes on a daily basis. Your role is to simplify their lives and use the DISH install to educate homeowners on the infinite smart home possibilities available to them. Skills, Experience and Requirements All technicians must:
  • Have the ability to build rapport quickly and ensure a positive customer experience
  • Be comfortable working at heights and in various weather conditions
  • Be capable of lifting over 70 lbs
  • Possess a valid driver's license in the state of employment with a driving record that meets DISH's safety standards
  • Be willing to travel if required

Employment is contingent upon successfully completing a pre-employment screening, including a drug test and an acceptable driving record.
