We are looking for Tax Experts to join our team for the upcoming tax season! If you have an active PTIN (Preparer Tax Identification Number) and an unrestricted credential such as CPA (Certified Public Accountant), EA (Enrolled Agent), or Practicing Attorney, we would love to hear from you!

What You'll Bring:

• Experience: Minimum 2 years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns using commercial tax preparation software.
• Unrestricted Credential: You should possess an active and unrestricted credential such as EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws.
• Passion to Help: You have a genuine passion for helping clients navigate the complexities of taxation. Your commitment is to enhance our brand by delighting customers and empowering them to prepare their taxes with confidence.
• Customer Service Skills: You possess excellent customer service skills and are comfortable interacting with customers through video and audio tools in a professional, friendly, and confident manner.

How You Will Lead:

• Tax Assistance: You will assist our customers in completing their taxes using Intuit TurboTax products. This includes providing tax advice, full-service return preparation, tax calculations, and handling product/software inquiries.
• Expert Guidance: You will utilize various resources, including government websites, professional tools, and team expertise to find and deliver the right answers to customers in everyday language.
• Virtual Interaction: This is a virtual, customer-facing role, so you will use our state-of-the-art video communication software to interact with customers and maintain accurate records of your interactions.
