Who We're Looking For:
- As a Tax Expert, you should have a minimum of 2 years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns, using commercial tax preparation software.
- You possess an active, unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with a strong background in tax preparation and extensive knowledge of tax laws.
- You are enthusiastic about helping clients navigate the complexities of taxation and are committed to enhancing our brand by providing excellent customer service and empowering customers to prepare their taxes.
- You have excellent customer service skills and are excited to interact with customers through video and audio tools in a professional, friendly, and confident manner.
What You'll Do:
- In this role, you will assist our customers in completing their taxes using Intuit TurboTax products. Your responsibilities will include providing tax advice, full-service return preparation, tax calculations, and managing inquiries about our product and software.
- You will rely on government websites, professional resources, and the expertise of your team to find and deliver the right answers to customers using simple and easy-to-understand language.
- Since this is a virtual, customer-facing position, you will use state-of-the-art video communication software to interact with customers, documenting all interactions to ensure accurate records.
