Who We Are Looking For:

• We are seeking Tax Associates with at least 2 years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns using commercial tax preparation software.
• If you have obtained an Intuit Academy Level 1 badge, you are eligible with 1+ year of recent experience with 30 or more paid tax returns.
• We value individuals who are passionate about helping clients navigate the complexities of taxation and are committed to enhancing our brand by providing excellent customer service and empowering customers to prepare their taxes.
• You will need excellent customer service skills and be comfortable interacting with clients through video and audio tools in a professional, friendly, and confident manner.

Responsibilities of the Role:

• Your role as a Tax Associate will involve helping customers complete their taxes using Intuit TurboTax products. This includes providing tax advice, full-service return preparation, tax calculations, and resolving product/software inquiries, in line with our goal of "Powering Prosperity Around the World."
• You will use government websites, professional resources, and the expertise of our team to find and deliver the right answers to customers using clear and simple language.
• This is a customer-facing role conducted virtually, so you will use our state-of-the-art video communication software to interact with customers and maintain accurate records of your interactions.
