Your Qualifications

Who You Are:

• Tax Expertise: You have a minimum of 2 years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns, using commercial tax preparation software.
• Credentials: You possess an active, unrestricted credential such as EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney, along with strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws.
• Passionate and Customer-focused: You are passionate about helping clients navigate the complexities of taxation. Your commitment lies in delighting customers and empowering them to prepare their taxes. You possess excellent customer service skills, and you are excited to interact with customers through video and audio tools in a professional, friendly, and confident manner.

Responsibilities

What You Will Do:

• Assist Customers: Provide tax advice, full-service return preparation, tax calculations, and answer product/software inquiries using Intuit TurboTax products. Your support will directly contribute to our goal of "Powering Prosperity Around the World."
• Utilize Resources: Use government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to find accurate answers for customers, using everyday language to explain complex tax concepts.
• Virtual Customer Interactions: Engage with customers through our state-of-the-art video communication software, delivering exceptional customer service. Maintain accurate records of interactions.
