What you'll bring:

• Tax Expertise: We expect Tax Experts to have a minimum of 2 years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns using commercial tax preparation software.
• Active Credential: You should possess an active, unrestricted credential such as EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney, along with strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws.
• Passion for Helping Clients: You are passionate about helping clients navigate the complexities of taxation. Your commitment to enhancing our brand involves delighting our customers and empowering them to prepare their taxes.

How you will lead:

• Assisting Customers: As a Tax Expert, you will help our customers complete their taxes using Intuit TurboTax products. Your responsibilities include providing tax advice, full-service return preparation, tax calculations, and managing product/software inquiries.
• Effective Communication: Using everyday language, you will utilize government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to find and deliver the right answers to customers. The role requires excellent communication skills.
• Virtual Interaction: This is a virtual, customer-facing role. You will use state-of-the-art video communication software to interact with customers. Efficiency is key, so you will document interactions to maintain accurate records.
