Job Opportunity: Distribution Center - Distribution Lead

Location: Sheridan, AR

  • Hourly Range: $23.09 - $27.68
  • Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, and 401k

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist in all areas of the Distribution Center, including shipping/receiving, customer returns, warehouse management, and more
  • Lead projects related to buybacks, rollouts, and other tasks
  • Create and maintain standard operating procedures and job hazard analysis
  • Ensure accurate handling of products and inventory
  • Collaborate with different departments to control inventory
  • Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience operating warehouse equipment (forklifts, reach trucks, scales, etc)
  • Good computer skills (Microsoft applications, SAP, and RFID systems)
  • Demonstrated leadership skills
