Clinical Supervisor PositionThrive SPC is seeking a dynamic Nurse Leader to join our team. As a Clinical Supervisor, you will manage all clinical services provided to our clients and supervise and train our nurses in the field. Your expertise and guidance will contribute to the growth and development of medically fragile children.
Requirements:- An active unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license
- At least one year of RN experience within the last 36 months (PDN experience preferred)
- Ability to multitask and prioritize while maintaining professionalism
- Familiarity with electronic charting for accurate and timely documentation
- Excellent communication skills
- Interviewing, educating, training, and supervising clinical team members
- Client triage, including admissions, recertifications, and discharges
- Collaborating with clients, Clinical Director, and care team to create individualized Plans of Care
- Reviewing documentation submissions for accuracy and quality improvement
- Conducting home and/or hospital visits
