Job Description:

What you will be doing:

  • Develop, lead, manage, and motivate staff
  • Monitor staff performance and work with Human Resources to address any issues
  • Develop and implement systems, procedures, and policies
  • Ensure accurate compilation, analysis, and reporting of data
  • Act as a liaison between the company, government, and auditors
  • Manage and control budget
  • Review and approve financial planning and control recommendations
  • Submit required reports in a timely and accurate manner
  • Oversee the management of cash resources
  • Investigate cost structures and pricing of new products
  • Identify areas for improvement
  • Perform other related duties as needed

What you bring:

  • A minimum of eight years as a Finance Manager
  • Strong management, organizational, team building, coaching, and mentoring skills
  • General business skills and knowledge, financial management and planning skills, long-term vision, and executive presence
  • Extensive knowledge of accounting principles and their application in a large organization
  • Ability to address and resolve employee-related issues
  • Strong analytical, statistical, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to make decisions and meet tight deadlines
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to improve processes and systems
  • Strong experience in system management/control
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance, or equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience
  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license required
