About the Role


As a Financial Analyst, you will play a vital role in overseeing the financial aspects of our organization. Working with a diverse team, your responsibilities will include developing, interpreting, and implementing financial concepts for financial planning and control.


What You Will Be Doing


• Conduct technical analysis to assess current and future financial performance.
• Gather, analyze, and prepare recommendations for financial plans, acquisition activities, future requirements, and operating forecasts.
• Meet with department managers to establish timelines and methodologies for budget completion.
• Research and compile data to forecast and prepare annual and monthly budget projections.
• Track revenue and expenses monthly, comparing actual figures to forecasts and making necessary adjustments.
• Conduct economic research and studies on areas such as rates of return, depreciations, working capital requirements, investment opportunities, investment performance, and impacts of governmental regulations.
• Prepare reports summarizing research, analysis, and evaluation of discrepancies for management.

• Gather and analyze current data to help estimate future expenditures.

What You Will Need


• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting.

• 2+ years of experience in Financial Planning and Analysis.
• Strong understanding of generally accepted accounting principles and company accounting policies.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Problem-solving abilities and proficiency in using analytical and statistical examination techniques.
• Ability to understand and apply concepts.
• Attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality.
• Demonstrated ability to meet critical deadlines and accomplish work assignments.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and accounting software.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues and clients.
