Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers warmly and provide excellent service while fueling and washing vehicles
• Perform vehicle readiness inspections, including basic maintenance tasks
• Ensure clean and safe facilities for customers and associates
• Receive training and coaching to perform minor repairs and maintenance
• Complete assigned projects and tasks as directed

General Requirements:

• High school diploma, equivalent, or prior work experience preferred
• Valid driver's license required
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work well as part of a team
• Willingness to work outdoors
• Basic mechanical ability and computer skills preferred
• Regular attendance at work is essential
• Willingness to work the required schedule, complete application process, undergo background screening and drug test, and potential travel for training

Physical Requirements:

The physical and mental demands of this job include:

• Remembering and understanding instructions
• Visual and verbal communication abilities
• Frequent movement, including standing, walking, and sitting
• Usage of hands for handling tasks
• Lifting and moving up to 50lbs/23kg regularly, and occasionally up to 100lbs/45kg
