We are currently seeking a Field Sales Director. This role involves leading the growth and profitability of our Biologics by McKesson oncology and rare portfolio. You will provide strategic direction and leadership, leveraging your expertise to expand our market share and drive innovation in the care delivery model.
Responsibilities include collaborating with other McKesson business units, managing a field-based sales team, and developing sales strategies. You will also lead the team to maintain strong relationships with key customers and drive growth through new referrals to Biologics.
To be successful in this role, you should have at least 12 years of professional experience, preferably in healthcare, and at least 6 years of leadership experience in field sales or account management. A 4-year undergraduate degree is required, and an advanced degree is preferred.
Critical skills for this role include experience in setting and managing sales goals, knowledge of the healthcare industry, and the ability to navigate a matrixed corporate environment. You should also have strong communication skills and the ability to develop and lead a team.
We offer a competitive compensation package, including comprehensive benefits to support your physical, mental, and financial well-being. Our Total Target Cash Pay Range for this position is $149,300 - $248,900.
