What Will You Do?
In order to grow and have a successful career at The Toro Company, your responsibilities will include:
- Gathering data from department supervisors, consolidating it, and identifying necessary changes.
- Conducting time studies in fabrication departments.
- Maintaining electronic and paper copies of standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Working on safety and ergonomic improvement projects.
- Managing the review and change process for production drawings.
- Optimizing tooling for fabrication equipment.
- Using CAD design for tooling and production prints.
- Programming machines.
- Collecting data for cost savings projects.
- Updating department working databases as needed.
- Communicating with suppliers, team leads, supervisors, and managers.
- Completing other assigned projects and responsibilities.
