Our estimated wage is $33-45/hour, which includes an hourly rate of $17, tips, a bonus structure, and other incentives. On average, you can expect $7 per customer in tips, a potential monthly bonus of $100-150, along with a manager monthly bonus and a 15% incentive on product sales.
