We strive to provide the highest effective wage in the market, which includes a base salary, commission, productivity bonuses, and tips. Last week, our average effective wage was $31.65 per hour. While some employees may earn more and others may earn less, no one earns less than $20 per hour. We offer both part-time and full-time positions along with hands-on training. Just for coming in for an interview, you will receive a free pair of shears worth $199. We also offer a $300 signing bonus. To join our team, you need to have a cosmetology or barbers license.

Qualifications for Hair Stylists and Barbers:

• Cosmetology and/or Barber License (specific licensing requirements may vary by state/province)
