Who You Are:

• You have a minimum of 2 years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns using commercial tax preparation software.
• You possess an active and unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws.
• You are passionate about helping clients navigate the complexities of taxation, and you’re committed to enhancing our brand by providing excellent customer service and empowering customers to prepare their taxes.
• You have excellent customer service skills and are comfortable interacting with customers via video and audio tools in a professional, friendly, and confident manner.

What You Will Do:

• In this role, you will assist our customers in completing their tax returns using Intuit TurboTax products.
• You will provide tax advice, prepare returns, perform tax calculations, and handle product/software inquiries, all while working toward our goal of "Powering Prosperity Around the World."
• You will utilize government websites, professional resources, and your team's expertise to find and deliver the right answers to customers using everyday language.
• As a virtual, customer-facing role, you will use our state-of-the-art video communication software to interact with customers and maintain accurate records of your interactions.
