Who You Are:

• Minimum Experience: A Tax Expert with a minimum of 2 years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns using commercial tax preparation software.
• Active Credential: Possess an active, unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws.

How You Will Lead:

• Tax Assistance: Help customers complete their taxes using Intuit TurboTax products. Provide tax advice, full service return preparation, tax calculations, and handle product/software inquiries. Together, we will advance our goal of "Powering Prosperity Around the World."
• Resource Utilization: Utilize government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to find and deliver the right answers to customers using everyday language.
• Virtual Communication: Interact with customers using state-of-the-art video communication software. Document interactions to maintain accurate records.
