What We're Looking For:

• Experience: As a Tax Associate, we require a minimum of 2 years of paid experience in filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns using commercial tax preparation software. If you have obtained an Intuit Academy Level 1 badge, you are eligible with 1+ year of recent experience with 30 or more paid tax returns.
• Passion for Helping: You are passionate about assisting clients in navigating the complexities of taxation. Your commitment to enhancing our brand lies in delighting our customers and empowering them to prepare their taxes.
• Customer Service Skills: Excellent customer service skills are essential. You should be excited to interact with customers through video and audio tools in a professional, friendly, and confident manner.

Responsibilities:

• Tax Assistance: You will help our customers complete their taxes using Intuit TurboTax products. This involves providing tax advice, preparing complete tax returns, performing tax calculations, and managing product/software inquiries. Your efforts contribute to our mission of "Powering Prosperity Around the World."
• Knowledge Resources: You will utilize government websites, professional resources, and your team's expertise to find and deliver the right answers to customers using everyday language.
• Virtual Interaction: The role is customer-facing and virtual, so you will use our state-of-the-art video communication software to interact with customers. It is important to maintain accurate records by documenting interactions.
