What You'll Bring:

• Experience: As a Tax Associate, you should have at least 2 years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns using commercial tax preparation software.
• Intuit Academy Level 1 Badge: If you have obtained an Intuit Academy Level 1 badge, you are eligible with 1+ year of recent experience filing 30 or more paid tax returns.
• Passion for Helping Clients: You are passionate about assisting clients in navigating the complexities of taxation. Your commitment is to enhance our brand by delighting our customers and empowering them to prepare their taxes.
• Customer Service Skills: You possess excellent customer service skills and are excited to interact with customers through video and audio tools in a professional, friendly, and confident manner.

How You Will Lead:

• Tax Assistance: Help our customers complete their taxes using Intuit TurboTax products. Provide tax advice, full service return preparation, tax calculations, and manage product/software inquiries with the goal of "Powering Prosperity Around the World."
• Utilize Resources: Use government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to find and deliver the right answers to customers using everyday language.
• Virtual Customer-Facing Role: Interact with customers using our state-of-the-art video communication software. Document interactions to maintain accurate records.
